Over the past decade, hundreds of students have taken dance classes or music lessons at Piedmont School of Music & Dance. Piedmont began as a very small one-room studio, but has grown to become the largest and most renowned dance and music school in the Charlotte, University City, Concord and Kannapolis areas. The school’s two locations provide convenience and variety for our valued students.

We do not believe we are the best dance and music school because we are the largest and most renowned in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus and Rowan counties. Instead, we believe we are the largest and most renowned because families think we are the best.

At Piedmont School of Music & Dance we care about the physical and character development of every child. It is an expression of our mission to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with our music and dance school. We want each child’s experience to be nurturing, fun and educational.
