Music and Dance Performances
Piedmont School of Music & Dance offers two Music Recitals for our music students in addition to an annual Spring Performance (Dance Recital). Our Spring Performance and Music Recitals are the perfect venue for your child to show family and friends everything they have been practicing throughout the year. Our students take great pride in their dance and music achievements and look forward to performing for family and friends.
Piedmont School of Music & Dance values your time and therefore runs very organized and efficient dress rehearsals and performances. Unlike many music and dance schools, we manage our dress rehearsals and performances like a major metropolitan company. Once a rehearsal or performance schedule is set the directors never veer from the schedule and always dismiss the dancers on or before their scheduled time.
Our music recitals expose students to new musical styles and instruments. The performances also help students stay motivated, encouraged and interested by observing the progress of their peers.
Our Spring Performance (Dance Recital) is designed to showcase what the dancers have learned by obtaining 
the rights of world famous pieces and showcasing original works by our own instructors. At PSM&D we do not mask the talents and improvements of our students by using themed recitals, glitzy costumes or flashy stage props. The beauty and entertainment of our annual Spring Performance is derived from innovative choreography, strong technique and the sheer joy of our students on stage. In addition, our dance recitals are kept to a maximum of two hours and a half with quick transitions from one piece to the next.
