Students electing to participate in the Annual Spring Performance will be billed a $75 participation fee on November 15th. The performance fee includes the use of School costumes, two free tickets (per child registered) to the performance, and a free DVD (per child registered) of the performance. Students enrolled in Ballet/Tap (ages 2.5 - 3) & Ballet/Tap (ages 3 - 4) will be allowed to keep their costumes following the performance.
Spring Performance fees are non-refundable. If Spring Performance fees are not paid in full by November 15th, they will be charged to your account online. Any student registering after January 15th will pay the Spring Performance fees at the time of registration. Any students with an outstanding balance as of May 15th will not be allowed to perform. No exceptions.
Tuition paid to the School is non-refundable. There are no tuition credits. Written notification must be received in order to withdraw from a class or the School. A one month's written notice, from the first of the month, is required to cancel any future billings. A Make-Up Class Form must be submitted to the School's administrative office prior to participating in the make-up class.
Students will be charged for classes, whether or not they have attended, up to the date they give written notification to cancel.
